Where min stay is less than 7 nights the following rates apply:
3 nights - 70% of Weekly Price,
4 nights - 80% of Weekly Price,
5 nights - 85% of Weekly Price,
6 nights - 92% of Weekly Price
Prices for stays in excess of a week are the weekly price + pro-rata per night (eg. if one week is £515 then 10 days is £515/7 x 10).

The price includes electric, heating, large basket of logs for the log-burner, bed-linen, towels and unlimited broadband/wifi.
Payment:
Payment can be made by bank transfer (BACS) or cheque with no booking fee payable. (Payment can also be made by credit card through Airbnb booking site but will incur an additional booking fee).
A deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking. The balance will become due 5 weeks before the holiday start date.

This property is strictly no smoking/vaping.
Sorry no pets allowed (even small well-behaved ones I'm afraid) unless an assistance dog (eg. Guide dog for the blind) is necessary. Please note that we have guests stay who use Chalybeate kennels http://chalybeatekennels.co.uk/ , only 2 miles along the road, where you can leave dogs overnight and collect them to go walking during the day.
We welcome children of all ages but parents should be aware that the stairs are stone and cannot be fitted with a standard stair-gate, and the balustrade has gaps of up to 23cm.
Changeover day is flexible.
The cottage is available to guests from 4pm onwards on day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate the cottage by 10am on day of departure (unless agreed otherwise with the owner).
